It is the matter of 2023 and charge sheet has been filed. However, the accused seeks bail on the ground that there is no material progress in the trial. The case is very fresh of 2023. It seems that the accused wanted to take a chance by way of this successive bail application. There is nothing on record to show that there are change-in-circumstances and particularly, there is deliberate delay in protracting the trial. 3.
