The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has made representation seeking transfer at Jalna or nearby place. The representation is made in the year 2013 so also in the year

{2} wp777-15.odt 2014, however, no cognizance is taken. The vacancy exists at Jalna.

2] Mr. Tope, learned counsel for Zilla Parishad submits that the authorities would decide the representation in accordance with law.

3] Considering above, we pass following order :

a] The respondent-authorities shall decide the representation given by the petitioner seeking request transfer, on its own merits in accordance with law as per the availability of vacancy and the Government Resolution, preferably by the end of April, 2015. 4] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
