Learned counsel Shri Chapalgaonkar submits that two vehicles are involved in the accident. The spot panchanama shows that the motor cycle went to the wrong side of the road and dashed against the jeep. Even then 10% liability is fastened on the motorcycle rider and 90% liability is fastened on the jeep driver. 3.

In view of this, I deem it appropriate to permit the applicants to withdraw the amount of Rs. 10,00,000/-. Remaining
