The petitioner Management is the respondent in complaint (ULP) No. 306/96. By this petition, an interlocutory order dated 03/03/1999 directing the petitioner to allow the original complainant to join duties, has been challenged. By the order of this Court dated 21/06/1999, interim relief in terms of prayer clause 'C' was granted and the impugned order was stayed. However, the adjudicatory process in the main complaint was not halted by any order passed by this Court. 3.

It is, therefore, obvious that the interlocutory order in

29-wp-3057-99.odt favour of the respondent has been stayed by this Court for the last 20 years. The learned Advocate for the petitioner is unaware as to whether the main complaint is still pending or is decided.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off in terms of the interim order passed by this Court on 21/06/1999 which was confirmed while admitting this petition on 08/06/2001.

Rule is, therefore, discharged.

Needless to state, the Industrial Court, Ahmednagar shall decide complaint (ULP) No. 306/1996, if not yet decided, on or before 31/12/2019 on its own merits. It goes without saying that if the said complaint is already decided by the Industrial Court, this order shall lose its efficacy. (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) shp/-
