PER COURT :

1.

The petitioner shall apply for the attested copy of the tribe certificate from the Committee within one (1) week.

The Committee shall give the attested copy of the tribe certificate within one week from the date of application by the petitioner.

2 W.P.No.701/18 The petitioner shall submit the attested copy of the tribe certificate to the concerned SDO within one week on receipt of the attested copy of the tribe certificate.

The SDO after verifying the record and confirming about the genuineness of the tribe certificate, shall issue corrected tribe certificate to the petitioner within two (2) weeks from the submission of the attested copy of the tribe certificate of the petitioner. On receipt of tribe certificate, the petitioner shall submit the same to the Committee within one week. The Committee shall thereafter decide the validation proceedings within six (6) months. The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings.

The employer Respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. However, the employer may take stock of the situation on lapse of six (6) months and if it finds that the employee is

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
