The Petitioner has already embarked upon a litigation journey by challenging the order of the Tahsildar before the Additional District Collector. Having suffered before both these authorities, an appeal is now maintainable before the Additional Divisional Commissioner. 2.

In view of the same, we would not exercise our writ jurisdiction and permit the Petitioner to prefer a statutory appeal which is provided in law. All contentions of the Petitioner are kept open. 3.

The Writ Petition is disposed off.
