Though the learned counsel for the respondent has opposed for condoning the delay stating that the reasons as are assigned are insufficient to condone the delay, on perusal of the application, it is noticed that the delay has been justly explained. Therefore, I am inclined to allow the application. Hence, the following order is passed:-

ORDER

The delay caused in filing the Appeal is condoned.
