Learned counsel submits that the proposal was submitted to the Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare, Nanded for condonation of break in service. The same is forwarded by the Assistant Commissioner to the Deputy Commissioner, Social Welfare, in September 2014. However, no decision has been taken on it.

In case the proposal (Exh.J.) is pending with the Regional Deputy Commissioner, Social Welfare, Latur then the said

authority shall take decision on it on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within six (6) months. 7.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
