We have heard learned Counsel for the applicant for some time.

The learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to the applicant to fle an application for discharge before the trial Court. The learned Counsel submits that the applicant's name is at Sr.No.180 in the Select list prepared for appointment to the post of Junior Clerk on the establishment of District Court, Ahmednagar. The learned Counsel submits that upon fling such an application

Leave granted. The application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to fle an application for discharge before the trial Court and upon fling such an application for discharge, the trial Court shall decide the same expeditiously, on its own merits.
