There is a litigation history in this Trust and few matters are pending before this Court and record and proceedings from the change reports / enquiry matters are also in this Court in the said proceedings.

The only prayer put forth by the Petitioner is that the enquiry change report proceeding bearing No. 707/2021 and 785/2021 be decided within a stipulated period.

We are not inclined to entertain this Petition since the khs/Jan.2024/912

- 2 - Deputy Charity Commissioner, Beed does has some pendency. There is no reason to direct these proceedings to be decided out of turn by keeping old matters pending. This Petition is, therefore, disposed off and the pending change reports would be considered in queue as per their lodging dates.
