The petitioners, by this petition, seek direction to respondent No. 3 to decide the proposal of the petitioners for grant of approval to their appointments on the posts of Hostel Superintendent and Watchman, respectively on the establishment of Yashwant Hostel run by respondent No. 4-Society.

We direct respondent No. 3 to decide the said proposal, if already not decided, on its own merits as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of

wp1133-2016 six weeks from today and communicate the said decision to the petitioners.

The writ petition is disposed of on above terms. The parties to act on authenticated copy of this order.
