Mr.Kadam, learned Advocate submits that though he normally appears for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 Organization, a vakilpatra has not been entered in this matter on their behalf. He states on information that the petitioner has passed away. 2.

Office report also indicates that the petitioner has passed away and Court notice has not been served upon the petitioner on account of the said eventuality.
