Heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides on the delay of 1413 days. The petitioner has unfortunately passed away. So also, the learned Advocate representing the petitioner has also unfortunately passed away.

It is submitted that the Legal Heir of the petitioner is the present applicant, who is her husband. On instructions, the husband desires to withdraw this petition. A signed application of the husband/LR dated khs/Jan.2023/776

- 2 - 13.01.2023 is placed before the Court, which is marked as 'X' for identification. By consent of the parties, the civil application is allowed. The LR be brought on record forthwith.

In the light of the request application 'X' and recording the no objection of the respondents, the writ petition stands disposed off, as withdrawn on instructions.
