a) The Civil Applications stand allowed.

b) There shall be stay to the effect, operation, execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award passed by the learned Reference Court subject to depositing of the 75% of the amount as per the impugned judgment and award alongwith interest in the office of this Court within twelve weeks from today.
