The grievance of the petitioner basically is that, the amount is not being reimbursed to them for 25% of the students admitted by them as per the provisions of the Right to Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009.

Shri. S. G. Karlekar, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that Rs. 68.95 Crore amount has been sanctioned and as per the claims that are admissible, the

2 12WP687.2018 respondents would make payment to the concerned institutions within a period of four weeks. The amount admissible to these petitioners as per their demand would be paid to them within four weeks from from today.

Shri. S. G. Karlekar, the learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that, the said statement is made on the instructions of Shri. Balasaheb Baburao Pawar, Superintendent (P) Pay Unit, Aurangabad. The said statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.
