In view of reasons mentioned in the aforesaid application, there is no impediment to allow the applicant-Acquiring Body to serve notice on respondent No.1 - Chaya Parsuram Kamble through paper publication in local Newspaper 'Dainik Ekmat, Ambajogai'. Therefore, Civil Application No.532 of 2020 stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-'B' and disposed of. Registry to take requisite steps for facilitating the applicant-Acquiring Body to serve notice on respondent No.1 through paper publication after paying its requisite charges and fle report of the compliance till next date. 4.
