By this application, domestic violence proceedings are sought to be transferred from the Court at Hingoli to any of the Courts in the neighboring districts.

The applicant herein is the husband. The record indicates that the respondent - wife is residing at Hingoli. Convenience of the wife is required to be seen. The applicant - husband has not made out a case for transfer of the proceedings. This Court is, therefore, not inclined to even issue notice of this application to the respondent - wife.

Learned counsel for the applicant, therefore, seeks exemption from appearance before the trial Court. He undertakes that he would appear through an Advocate and co-operate in the proceedings so as to take it to it' s logical conclusion.

In view of above, criminal application is dismissed. The trial Court would grant present applicant and other respondents in the said proceedings exemption from appearance, provided they would appear through an Advocate and co-operate in day-to-day hearing of the proceedings, including interim applications, so as to take the proceedings to it's logical conclusion within a time frame of ten months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
