The application is taken up seeking restoration of appeal for the reasons set out in detail in the application. 2.
Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned counsel representing respondent Nos. 1-A, 1-D to 1-G. Other respondents are absent, though served.

Learned counsel for applicant submits that the applicant is the sole legal representative of deceased appellant. Learned counsel submits that the parties have settled the matter out of Court. She further submits that after the appeal being restored, the applicant would like to withdraw the appeal.

Considering the submissions advanced, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A' to 'C'. The appeal is restored to file.
