2] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is transferred vide order dated 30.5.2011. The petitioner has given representation stating that the said transfer is not in accordance with the policy. According to the learned counsel, the Respondents have not taken any cognizance of the representation dated 21.11.2013.

3] Mr.Panpatte, learned counsel submits that the said representation would be considered at the time of General transfers on its own merits.

4] In light of the above, we pass the following order :

{2} wp2667-14.odt a) The Respondent No.2 shall consider the representation dated 21.11.2013 (Exh.C) made by the petitioner for appropriate posting on its own merits as per its policy at the time of General transfers to be effectuated in April/May 2015.

5] The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
