In other similar connected matters, this Court under order dated 26.8.2022 has condoned the huge delay of 4206 days. As such, similar order will follow. In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 4261 days is hereby condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay and also for the period of delay in taking late circulation of the matter.
