The decision shall be taken upon the recommendation made by the District Deputy Registrar to the Government with regard to the extension of the term of the Managing Committee of A.P.M.C. Loha (respondent no.6). Till the decision is taken upon the same, the respondents shall not appoint the administrative board. Depending upon the decision taken, further steps may be taken by the parties.
