Both these applications are taken up to set aside the order of abatement and to bring the L.Rs. of appellant as well as respondent on record.

Learned counsel for applicant submits that the parties have settled the matter out of Court. After bringing the L.Rs. on record, the L.Rs. of appellant would like to withdraw the appeal.

Considering the submissions advanced and the reasons assigned for setting aside abatement and for bringing L.Rs. on record, the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'C'. Necessary exercise of substitution of names of L.Rs. of appellant be taken on and before 21/06/2019.
