PER COURT:- 1.

The learned counsel for petitioners submits that the Committee has not accepted the application seeking validation of tribe claim of petitioners on the ground that nomenclature of the tribe is wrongly mentioned in the tribe certificate.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all the respondents and submits that petitioners have to get tribe certificate with the correct name.

The petitioners shall file an application including on-line application with the Sub Divisional Officer, Nanded seeking tribe certificate in the correct name of the tribe Koli Mahadev, Scheduled Tribe. Along with the application, petitioners shall also surrender the original tribe certificate issued to them with the wrong nomenclature.

Upon receipt of the application and the original tribe certificate from petitioners, the Sub Divisional Officer, Nanded shall issue the correct tribe certificate to petitioners within eight weeks from the receipt of original tribe certificate from petitioners.

Writ Petitions stand dispose of. No costs.
