The petitioner has approached this court with the following prayer :- "B. By issuing appropriate, Writ, direction, Order in the like nature the Tender Notice dated 10.01.2023 issued by Res. No.2 may kindly be quashed and set aside with further directions to the Res. No.2 and 3 to follow the customary rules pertaining to allotment of rental shops on the occasion of Hazrat Syed Shah Turabul-Haq(Rh) Parbhani, during the period of Urs2023. ." 2.

The petitioner claims to be a small time businessman, who has been doing business during the Urs period, by temporary licence on a meagre rent. He is aggrieved by the fact that the respondent Wakf Board has now taken a decision to float tender for engaging an agency for

{2} 938 sr.no..odt allotting individual shops to be erected temporarily during the Urs period.

In spite of our specific query, learned advocate for the petitioner has not been able to demonstrate as to what right the petitioner has, in respect of such allotment. Rather, he is not seeking any allotment to himself or insisting for any direction to the respondents for such allotment.

Be that as it may, it seems, the respondent Wakf Board has now decided to float tenders inviting contractors to bid, probably to facilitate it to generate more revenue. When apparently the petitioner does not have any right to question the manner in which tender is being floated, we are not inclined to grant him any relief. 5.

Writ petition is dismissed.
