Learned Counsel for the applicant would urge that the proceedings as mentioned in prayer clause (B) be transferred to Omerga from the Court at Solapur, as the husband is attending the matter at Omerga, which is arising out of the dispute between the applicant and respondent about their wedlock. 3.

The above fact is not disputed by the learned Counsel for the respondent, but for submission that those proceedings are concluded. 4.

Be that as it may. It will be appropriate to allow the present

M.C.A.No.16/2014 application in view of hardship of the applicant-wife. 5.

As such, Misc. Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), which reads thus :

"B.

By issuing appropriate orders or directions, the H.M.P. No.88/2013 pending before ld. Judge, Family Court at Solapur may kindly be transferred to Civil Judge Senior Division or Family Court at Omerga, District Osmanabad." ( N.W. SAMBRE, J.) vvr
