Learned AGP submits hat petitioner has remedy before the constituted committee. The said committee is empowered to deal with the objection regarding allotment of sand spots. In the light of that, though the learned counsel for the petitioner sought to canvass arguments on merits, we are not inclined to consider the same. Writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open.
