The learned counsel submits that now the State Government has issued letter directing the Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad, Beed to take decision upon the said proposal.

Mrs. Chate, learned counsel for the Zilla Parishad submits that, the Chief Executive Officer would take decision upon the said proposal within a period of four (04) weeks from today.

In view of the said statement, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
