The litigating sides have placed on record the settlement terms and the correspondence between them. It is agreed that an amount of about rupees fifteen lakhs would be deposited by the petitioner in the Bank account of the respondent/firm and thereafter, the petitioner would remove its plant, machinery, raw material, semi finished and finished goods as well as the tools, dyes, equipments, etc. from plot No. K-66, MIDC, Waluj, Aurangabad, and the respondent would not interfere with the same. 2.

The terms of the settlement duly signed by the learned advocates for the litigating sides as well as by the partner of the

respondent/firm, are taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

It is jointly submitted that this petition can be disposed of in terms of the settlement marked 'X' and the petitioner will take away its equipments as described above after the amount is deposited in the Bank account of the respondent/partnership firm. 4.
