Heard the respective learned counsels for the parties. 2.

In similarly situated matters, this Court allowed the applicants to withdraw 75% amount. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The applicants are allowed to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited with this Court on undertaking to deposit the money, if the impugned judgment and award is reversed.

925-CA.1019-24+1.odt (iii) 50% of the amount be released on the undertaking as mentioned above and remaining 25% be released on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

(iv) Balance amount be invested in Fixed Deposit as per rules.

(v) List the matter in due course.
