ORDER

Learned counsel for the parties point out that amount of Rs.10,000/- is being deposited per year pursuant to the order passed by this Court in Civil Application No. 760 of 2001 in Second Appeal No. 362 of 2000 on 13-09-2002 and that the applicants are withdrawing said amount every year. Applicants are requesting for permission for withdrawal of amount for the year 2015-2016. 2.

In view of aforesaid, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and stands disposed of.
