The learned counsel appearing for respondents No. 2 to 4, relying upon the reported judgement of this Court in the case of "Sau. Vidya w/o Vishnu Vanare Vs. State of Maharashtra and another" 2011 (3) LJSOFT 36, submits that the petitioner can approach the Labour Court for redressal of her grievances.

In view of above, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition so as to avail the remedy

wp749-2016 before the Labour Court.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. We, however, observe that while considering the prayer for condonation of delay, the concerned Court shall keep in view the time spent by the petitioner in prosecuting the present petition before this Court and decide the prayer/application for condonation of delay.
