The learned AGP caused appearance on behalf of all the Respondents.

The Petitioner has tendered a representation dated 27.09.2023 addressed to Respondent No.5. The issue is as regards proper pay fixation in accordance with the Pay Commission's recommendation.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. 4.

We direct Respondent No.5 to deal with the representation of the Petitioner by following the due procedure laid down in law and communicate his response to the Petitioner within 90 days. If there is any legal impediment, Respondent No.5 would communicate the same to the Petitioner, who would be at liberty to seek redressal of his grievance.
