The original petitioners/applicants have filed this civil application within limitation and pray that the order of this Court dated 11/01/2018 be recalled.

Mr.Wani, learned Advocate has strenuously opposed this application and submits that the petition was dismissed due to non appearance on several dates.

Considering the above submissions and for the reasons set out in the application, which is filed within limitation, the same is allowed. Order of this Court dated 11/01/2018 is recalled and WP No.3257/1994 shall be restored and shall be listed for final hearing on 01/03/2018.

The name of Mr.Sikchi, learned Advocate shall be reflected on the board as he has been appointed as an amicus-curiae on behalf of the petitioners.
