The learned AGP submits that the representation is tendered to 11 Authorities. The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that Respondent No.5 - District Collector, Aurangabad deal with the said representation.

In view of the above, these petitions are disposed off. Let the District Collector consider the said representation by following the due procedure laid down in law within a period of 90 days.
