The petitioners contend that the representation dated 13.09.2022 may be considered by the District Collector, Aurangabad. The learned AGP submits that the representation is tendered to 11 Authorities. The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that Respondent No.5 - District Collector, Aurangabad deal with the said representation.

In view of the above, these petitions are disposed off. Let the District Collector consider the said representation by following the due procedure laid down in law within a period of 90 days. If he does not have the jurisdiction to deal with the representation, he would guide the petitioners to approach an appropriate authority for the redressal of their grievance. [Y.G.
