Petitioner No.1 has stated in the affidavit that during the pendency of the present petition husband and wife along with petitioners have settled their dispute and informant - wife is ready to withdraw the Complaint RCC No. 196 of 2011 pending before learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Gangakhed. 2.

In that view of the mater, learned advocate for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition.
