1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

2] The learned counsel for the applicant - appellant submits that 75% liability is on the United India Insurance Company Limited as it was held by the Tribunal. The liability of New India Assurance Company Limited is only restricted to 25%.

3] In view of the same, the order dated 28.11.2023 passed by this Court is modified to the extent that the stay is granted to the impugned award subject to deposit of entire amount as directed to be paid by the present applicant along with accrued interest till the date within a period of eight weeks from today.
