We have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader. The petitioner possesses qualification of M.A. B.Ed. The Petitioner is appointed to teach 5th to 7th standards. These facts are admitted by the respondent No.4Project Officer also. 2.

In view of the Govt. Resolution dated 11th November 2011, in such a case, as the petitioner was working on 25% posts reserved for Graduate Teachers, the petitioner would be entitled for

2 W.P. No. 1390/2019 the pay scale of Graduate Primary Teacher, Mr. Dhakne, learned Counsel, thus, submits that the petitioner is not claiming benefit of the pay protection.

In view of the fact that for the period the petitioner has worked to teach for 5th to 7th standards, the petitioner shall be entitled for the pay scale of the Graduate Primary Teacher. The difference of the amount shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of four months. Necessary salary bills shall be submitted by the institution to the Education Officer.

It is made clear that this pay scale is not being considered for grant of pay protection.
