This Petition was presented in the year 1999 and the Petitioner is claiming directing against Respondents to take action under Section 41D, 41E and Section 47 of the Bombay Public

wp3184.99 Trusts Act in respect of the temple Trust. It prima facie appears that by passage of time, the Petition has been rendered infructuous. If at all any cause of action accrues for presentation of the proceedings, it would be open for the Petitioner to ventilate her grievances by approaching the appropriate forum.

With liberty as aforesaid, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
