1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the respondents.

2] The present Civil Application is filed to quash and set aside the order dated 16.02.2022 passed by the learned Registrar [Judicial] by condoning the delay of 304 days in filing the present Civil Application.

945.23CA 3] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that due to communication gap between the applicants and the advocate for the applicants, so also, in view of the COVID-19 situation, the delay has occurred.

4] For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Delay is condoned. The order dated 16.02.2022 passed by the Registrar [Judicial] is quashed and set aside. Accordingly, Civil Application is disposed of. 5] The applicants - appellants to remove all office objections within a period of two weeks from today. 6] List the Second Appeal on 25th July, 2023.
