MARCH 06, 2025 ORDER :- This application is filed for recalling of the order dated 03.12.2024, passed by learned Registrar (Judicial), by which the appeal came to be dismissed for want of removal of the ofÏce objections. Learned counsel for the applicants submit that since the court fee was not paid, the objection was pointed by the ofÏce and as the applicant could not remove the same, the appeal was dismissed in default. 2.

In view of the above, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C).
