CORAM : RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, JUDGE (Date : 12th MARCH, 2019) PER COURT :- The report of the learned Mediator dated 22.2.2019, along with the terms of compromise of the same date, are taken on record and collectively marked as 'X' for identification. Considering the compromise terms, and as the parties have decided to separate by mutual consent as per the terms set out in the document 'X,' this MCA is partly allowed by consent. Both the litigating sides would appear in HMP No.47/2019 on 30.3.2019 which shall stand transferred to the Family Court at Pune, by consent, so as to enable them to settle the dispute and close the litigation between them.
