This is an Application for condonation of 883 days delay caused in preferring the Review Application.

Heard learned Advocate for the Applicants, AGP for State and Advocate for Respondent No. 2.

The Applicants have preferred the Review Application for review of order dated 14.09.2017 passed in Civil Application No. 4000 of 2017 in RC/1020/2012.

Learned Advocate for the Applicants submits that the Applicants had approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India against the said order, however the said SLP was withdrawn on 26.07.2019. A SG Punde

2 931CA1641.2021.odt copy of the said order is annexed at Exh. 'C' of this application. He submits that, the said delay is bona fide and not intentional and same may be condoned and the Application be heard on merits. 5.

The Application is opposed by the learned AGP and the Advocate for Respondent No. 2. They submit that no sufficient reasons are shown in the Application.

On hearing both sides and for the reason mentioned in paragraph nos. 2 to 9 of the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
