The petitioners are aggrieved by the rejection of their stay application by the Additional Collector, Aurangabad and the Additional Commissioner. The substantive appeal filed by the petitioners on 10/11/2021 is pending before the Additional Collector, Aurangabad. The said appeal bearing Appeal No.2021/Appeal/MLRC/CR-176 shall be decided by the Additional Collector, Aurangabad within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
