Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The allegations in the FIR have been levelled that the main accused called two unknown persons. He took a countrymade pistol from them and shot fire. However, the complainant avoided it. The main accused Hari Walture has been released on bail. Nothing has been recovered from the applicant. No cartridge has been recovered from the alleged spot of the incident. He is behind bar since 19.12.2022. The material investigation appears to have been completed. In the circumstances, the applicant deserves bail. Hence, the following order :

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant SAGAR RAMESH KARDILE be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.522 of 2022, registered by Police Station Gangapur, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the IPC and Section 3/25 of Arms Act, on the condition not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
