{3} CORAM : S.V.GANGAPURWALA & V.L.ACHLIYA,JJ.

DATE : 21st January, 2015.

PER COURT :

Heard Mr.Chapalgaonkar, learned counsel for petitioners. Respective A.G.P. raised preliminary objection that the petitioners have alternate efficacious remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

2] In light of that though Mr.Chapalgaonkar, learned counsel sought to canvass submissions on merits, we are not inclined to consider the same. Writ Petitions as such are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. No costs.
