The original respondent No.1 has filed this Civil Application under Article 226 (3) of the Constitution of India, praying for setting aside the exparte order granting interim relief in favour of the petitioner on 30.01.2018.

After having heard both the sides for a while, it transpires that though the interim relief was granted by the order dated 30.01.2018, which was to remain in force till the next date, it was extended from time to time. The last such order can be seen to have been passed on 18.04.2019 whereby the next date was fixed on 13.06.2019 and the interim relief was directed to continue only till the next date. Apparently, at no further time, the interim relief seems to have been extended beyond 13.06.2019.

In view of such state-of-affairs, the application is rejected. 4.
