The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the Petitioner is pending since the year 2010. Still the same has not decided. The Committee be directed to decide the same expeditiously.

Mr.Bade Patil, learned counsel submits that it would take some time to decide the said proceedings.

Considering the above, we pass the following order: I.

Respondent No.2 - Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the Petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within one year.
