DATED : 5 th February, 2015 PER COURT :- 1] This court, on 7.10.2014 (Coram :
M.T.Joshi, J.) issued notice to the State. At the same time, the substantive jail sentence of the applicants in Criminal Revision was suspended and the applicants were directed to be released on bail on they executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- and upon furnishing surety in the like amount.
2] Except applicant no.4-Bipin Anandrao Gaikwad every other applicant has furnished bail as directed by this court vide order, dated 7.10.2014, and therefore, they are on bail.
crap296.15 3] For the reasons best known to applicant no.4Bipin, he did not obey the order passed by this court on 7.10.2014 and he did not furnish the bail bond, instead he moved Criminal Application No. 296 of 2015 for certain directions. Applicant no.4-Bipin, since has not furnished the bail, therefore, it is clear that he is not admitted to bail. Learned counsel representing him fairly submitted that though he was asked to surrender he has not surrendered till today. 4] In that view of the matter, order granting bail in favour of applicant no.4-Bipin, dated 7.10.2014 is required to be revoked and accordingly it is revoked. 5] Issue non-bailable warrant to secure the presence of applicant no.4-Bipin Anandrao Gaikwad. Consequently, Criminal Application No. 296 of 2015 filed by him is hereby rejected.
