Prayer is made to quash F. I. R. No. I-447 of 2014 dated 23.11.2014, registered with Mukundwadi Police Station, Aurangabad, District - Aurangabad.

It is submitted that, the present applicant was only a mediator in the marriage between respondent No. 1 and one Sandeep. Said Sandeep and respondent No. 1 have settled the dispute and the cross complaints filed by both the parties have also been quashed and set aside by this Court in view of the settlement vide order dated 02nd December, 2015, in criminal writ petition Nos. 129 of 2015 and 130 of 2015.

The learned counsel for the respondent No. 1 admits that the divorce has taken place between the respondent No. 1 and Sandeep Khadse.

As the complaints are already quashed against the main accused there is no propriety of keeping it pending as against the present applicant as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties.

In light of the above, the F. I. R. No. I-447 of 2014 dated 23.11.2014 registered with Mukundwadi Police Station, Aurangabad is quashed and set aside.
