This Criminal Appeal is filed by the victim-father against the Judgment and Order dated 30.10.2018 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Osmanabad in Spl. (POCSO) Case No. 28/2016, thereby acquitting the sole respondent of the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
